Garden Hotel - Zagreb

The location was really the only decent part, but the breakfast was worse than fast food, and half the things were out, too. I woudl've loved a complimentary bottle of water or something, but apparently that's too much to ask. It's not 4 stars, more like 2, if you're lucky. I just couldn't give a good review.

The hotel was nicely decorated and had all the modern charm coupled with an excellent service. The location was absolutely perfect, for example, King Tomislav Square was just a short stroll away from the property. The restaurant was good for breakfast, really enjoyed it.

The stay made wandering through Zagreb easy since main attractions like the Croatian National Theatre and Ban Josip Jelacic Square were about 15 minutes away on foot. The Economy Double Room was spacious and quite comfortable for our needs. Although there were some hiccups with the elevator and the lift taking a long time, the overall experience was positive, especially with helpful staff eager to assist at reception. The breakfast options were limited, but the fresh items were decent enough to start our days.

Waking up each morning to a good spread of local dishes was a highlight of my stay. The staff treated me like family, always ready with a smile and helpful tips. The bright, airy room made returning after a day of exploring a pleasure.

The location, while decent, could feel a bit distant from the main attractions, requiring a brisk walk to reach the city center. I experienced some slight issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, especially in the upper floors.

Pleasant experience there. Functional hotel with modern style and very friendly staff. Brand-new rooms with comfy bed, balcony and dysfunctional windows, excellent service. Magnificent and favourable location near Gallery Sc. And right by the tram station, and a grocery store and a bakery:)))

The location was excellent and unbeatable, near the city centre, it's a plus.

I was greatly disappointed with the room size. The window was small and barely let in light. The breakfast area was overcrowded and the quality of food far below expectations, especially the coffee which was quite poor.

great and stunning location just next door to a science museum. politeness from the whole stuff. great breakfast and a wide array of goodies.

We visited the local art museum and enjoyed walking through the city center. The staff was super accommodating and parking was available, made things easier. Breakfast had a nice variety that set us up for the day. The location was very accessible to everything we wanted to see.

will definitely visit place next time

The room was super clean with a tv, air conditioning, and a nice private bathroom. Loved the free toiletries and comfortable bed. Everything felt fresh and inviting. Great location, just 15 mins from the train station and right next to tram lines. Definitely a cozy spot!

Recommend it for solo travelers

The breakfast was delicious! I loved the range of options they had, from pastries to local dishes, perfect for starting the day. Especially the breakfast lady, were so kind.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the pricing felt fair for what I got.
